We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our growing commercial mechanical services team.
This role is ideal for someone with prior HVAC, dispatching, or service coordination experience who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and being the key point of communication between customers and field technicians.
Responsibilites:
- Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch to meet customer needs
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling
- Manage incoming service calls and prioritize requests appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure parts, materials, and job information are available for technician
- Maintain accurate service records and technician documentation
- Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Support overall service operations and administrative functions as needed
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination
- Previous HVAC, mechanical, construction, or field service industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/service management software preferred
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
