**Key Responsibilities:**
路 Assist and oversee operations of DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
路 Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
路 Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
路 Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
路 Coordinate domestic delivery within the city
路 Provide insights on daily control meetings and driver performance reviews.
路 Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
路 Design training to improve service quality.
路 Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
路 Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
路 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
路 Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
路 Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
路 Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
路 Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
