We are currently hiring a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to service accounts in the Naples and Bonita Springs area. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a stable weekly schedule, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work close to home.
Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday
- Friday and Saturday Off Every Week
- Sunday: Start around 9:00 AM until assigned cleans are completed
- Monday ā Thursday: Start around 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM until assigned cleans are completed
While the specific accounts you service may vary, your overall work week will remain consistent.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine commercial cleaning services
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
