PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT

Locations Served: Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas

Pay: $15–$17/hr | Overnight Shifts Available | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

MUST BE A CERTIFIED HHA with AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPEREINCE or CNA

We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for overnight shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities. These roles are ideal for individuals who prefer a quieter work environment while providing essential support and supervision during overnight hours.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you’ll support clients during overnight hours by:

• Providing supervision and ensuring client safety
• Assisting with nighttime routines and personal care as needed
• Offering reassurance and support during wake periods
• Maintaining a calm, quiet, and safe environment
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in condition
• Supporting a restful and comfortable experience for the client

What We’re Looking For

• Experience- CNA (certified nursing assistant, HHA (home health aid)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Dependable, attentive, and able to work independently
• Compassionate and patient approach
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
