Bailey's Heating & Air is seeking a dependable Blown Insulation Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install blown-in insulation in residential homes to improve energy efficiency and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install blown-in insulation in attics and other residential areas
Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver's license preferred
