Position Overview

The Production Operator plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Shift Availability

• Primary Need: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• Must be flexible to work overtime, including early start or extended hours, based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support team productivity and meet production targets

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
