Plasman is actively hiring Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations and contribute to a safe, productive, and quality-driven environment.

The Production Operator plays a critical role in supporting production goals by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting parts, and following all company safety and quality standards.

Shift Information

Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime, including early start times, extended shifts, weekends, or additional hours based on production and customer demands.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform assembly-related tasks

• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Meet daily production and efficiency expectations

• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality concerns to leadership

• Support team operations and assist in other production areas as needed

• Follow attendance expectations and maintain reliable work performance

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable attendance and dependable work history

• Ability to work overtime as required

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
