Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  A-1 Industries is seeking a dependable an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our facility, equipment, and building systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Inspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionality Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipment Ensure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standards Identify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projects Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs Maintain a safe and clean work environment Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience 3–5 years of maintenance or related experience required Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills  Education and Experience Minimum 1-year industrial maintenance experience High school diploma or GED required. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance/engineering a plus.  Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times. Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings. Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.  Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Non-exempt position Full-Time Day and Night shift schedules Day shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. On call availability  Â
