Job DetailsJob Location: Pursuit FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946Essential Duties and Responsibilities List the job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities.  Include all important aspects for the job whether performed daily weekly, monthly, or annually and any that occur at irregular intervals. Is accountable for ensuring that established Quality standards and objectives are met or exceeded within his/her area of Quality responsibility Can review Quality/Warranty issues and determine root cause Can work with MFG to present the problem & countermeasures through the CAR system Can complete required system checks as required. Some examples as follows AC/DC electrical equipment Drainage system Fresh water system Waste system Fuel system & fuel restriction test AC/Heat Propulsion system Performance testing in pool or inshore Other duties may be assigned. Trained to use measuring devices such as ultrasound machines, wet film gauges, moisture meters, etc. QualificationsQualifications General knowledge and understanding of required power tools. Must be able to understand and execute top quality. Must be able to pass the drug/alcohol screening contingent to the hiring process. Job requires standing and working in and around boats/molds throughout the entire day. Must work efficiently and in the safest manner possible, following all safety regulations at all times. Must be able to work at heights above four feet. Education and/or Experience:  Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills:  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
