Responsibilities

Develop and implement branch goals in collaboration with executive leadership to align with company objectives.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account retention.
Oversee and support branch leadership in training and developing crew leaders and team members.
Ensure the proper execution and renewal of client contracts, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and report on branch performance, working closely with corporate teams to achieve targets.
Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality assurance measures.
Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards and client expectations.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment, making safety a top priority for all branch activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
At least three years of progressive leadership experience, such as serving as a Divisional or Production Manager.
Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Bilingual communication skills preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
