Job DetailsJob Location: MBG FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946Position Type: Full TimePosition Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for operating the cutting machine to supply pre-cut plastic substrates and fiberglass parts to multiple departments in the production process.     Responsibilities/Duties: All function/operation of CNC Router (including loading material, operating router, cleaning vacuum system, and cleaning router table).  Changing tooling on CNC while keeping table smooth and tools accurate for cutting depth.       Running correct material at correct speeds to ensure proper parts and quality. Perform standard housekeeping duties throughout the day.  Perform in accordance with Maverick Boat Group’s safety policies and procedures.  Other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Write numbers on parts accurately and legibly.     Education and/or Experience         High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.    Language Skills     Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.      Mathematical Skills        Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to read tape measure.   Reasoning Ability                     Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.    Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
