Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare programs for CNC fiber laser machine(s) and CNC tube bending machine(s). Maintain and update all NC program files. Supply machine operators with set-up and run information as required. Function as liaison between Engineering and production departments. Operate CNC fiber laser machine(s) and CNC tube bending machine(s) as required. Perform first part inspections related to program proof out process. Operate 3D laser scanning equipment. Export and import files. Prepare design data package for engineering. Interface with various departments and advise with technical information and guidance. Provide training as required. Attend training as required. Perform standard 5S activities. Minimum 3 years operating fiber laser machines.  Senior level around fiberlasters. Minimum 3 years’ experience programming fiber laser machines. General knowledge of CNC tube bending operation and programming. General computer knowledge required. Minimum 3 years’ experience using CAD/CAM software.   Language Skill: The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
