Physical Therapist – Acute Inpatient Rehab
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Days | Rotating Weekends
Compensation: $36.53 – $53.20 per hour (based on years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Offered on a case-by-case basis

Overview:
Join a fast-paced inpatient rehab environment where clinical excellence meets compassionate care. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on promoting recovery and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote functional improvement

• Document progress and modify therapy plans as needed

• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and equipment usage

• Collaborate with nursing, case management, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care

• Support discharge planning and continuum of care efforts

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligible)

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Current BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong clinical skills and a team-focused mindset
