We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Ft. Pierce, FL. As the first point of contact for our truck repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. If you’re customer-focused, energetic, and experienced with CDK and mechanical systems, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to connect with customers, provide exceptional support, and ensure high-quality service will be essential to your success. Bilingual skills are a plus!

Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission
- Full-time Monday - Friday and every other Saturday (8 am - 12 pm)

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager
- Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications
- Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred
- Experience with CDK strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
