What you will do:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and support project execution on job sites• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials• Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met• Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed• Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites• Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations• Perform additional duties as needed

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project needs• Experience in field operations, construction, or a related industry• Supervisory or leadership experience• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, or job site coordination• Basic proficiency with common business software tools• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout active job sites for extended periods• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed• Ability to perform work primarily in outdoor and active construction environments
