SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned projects in accordance with contract and corporate requirements supporting the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC).聽

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work is performed in a high OPTEMPO environment receiving, collecting, and analyzing data via radio communications, pertaining to U.S. Army Brigade level operations.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Effectively input data and reports into assigned computer systems in a timely manner, ensuring that all data points are addressed and accurate.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive and collect data and format same using MS PowerPoint and other multi-media applications to facilitate a learning objective.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate effectively over assigned radio using proper military communication procedures.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Articulate military style writing when transcribing radio communications into written reports.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Five (5) years Active Duty Military or Reserve experience commensurate with the position or 1 (1) year Operations Branch experience at the Joint Readiness Training Center.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to access Ft Polk and other military facilities.聽 (The base may require a Real ID.聽The Real ID Act of 2005 is an Act of Congress that modifies U.S. federal law pertaining to security, authentication, and issuance procedure standards for drivers' licenses and identity documents, as well as various immigration issues pertaining to terrorism.聽 The federal Real ID Act places new rules on which forms of identification may be used to board flights within the United States (U.S.) and enter secure federal facilities, such as military bases, federal courthouses, and other federal facilities.)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Diploma or GED.

DESIRED QIALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Active duty or Reserve experience in U.S. Army Brigade level or above operations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Graduation from Officer Basic, Advance Course, Advance NCO Course, or Battle Staff Course or equivalent experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and management team.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyzes and resolves specific problems, and copes with deadlines effectively.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in MS Office programs and functional computer skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands while maintaining a professional demeanor.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 This position may be subject to random drug screening.

WORK SCHEDULE聽

Regular schedule full time.聽 Ability to work shift work, including weekends with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.聽

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

If selected for travel, then must have or be able to attain a valid state driver鈥檚 license and be insurable on the company鈥檚 automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving.聽 The expected driving time is less than 10%. 聽

TRAVEL

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Travel, up to 10% of the time, may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Position consists of sitting for long periods of time. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse.聽 Must be able to see up close and distinguish colors and patterns. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in an office environment the majority of the time. Long hours may be needed by project demand.
