Residential Clinical Mental Health Therapist 

As a Residential Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be crucial to our treatment program. You will work directly with residents, providing therapeutic interventions, assessments, and counseling. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our clients and their successful transition back into the community.

Responsibilities:

•    Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for residents.

•    Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

•    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

•    Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

•    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress.

•    Participate in weekly supervision.

Qualifications:

•    Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

•    Eligible for licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LSCSW, LMFT).

•    Experience working in a residential or similar setting preferred.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to participate on a multidisciplinary team.
