Requirements

POSITION: Electrician 

DEPARTMENT: Stainless  

JOB SUMMARY: 

Responsible for installing and maintaining electrical wiring in cabinet fixtures. Inspect electrical components and identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring or fixtures using hand tools or power tools. Includes but not limited to installing multiple outlets, junction blocks, and load centers. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

· Reads and interprets work diagrams and drawings

· Uses pneumatic hand tools to prepare and install wiring and other electrical components 

· Response for installing and testing of fixtures 

· Inspects completed items for quality assurance

· Maintains a clean and safe work environment

SKILLS:

· Requires basic electrical knowledge 

· 1 or more years of previous electrical wiring experience preferred 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 

High School Diploma preferred 

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

· Must be willing to help in other areas as needed. 

· Must be able to stand/ walk for 8-10 hours per day 

· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. 

· Must be able to work in a area that is not climate controlled in the summer months.

· Must be able to be exposed to working in confined work spaces 

· Requires frequent bending and squatting

· Must pass drug test
