Mercy Float Pool offers opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new challenging assignments- and give you the opportunity to pass on skills and knowledge to others! ÂThe RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas. The RN will float to each department as needed. Â

Qualifications:
Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program
Licensure: RN License in the state of Arkansas or compact state
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
