Inventory Control Coordinator

Pruitt Tool & Supply, Co. is currently seeking candidates for an Inventory Control Coordinator at our corporate offices in Fort Smith, AR.

We are an API Q1 Quality Management Certified company and we manufacture/refurbish specialized drilling equipment used in the oil and gas industry.

We are seeking candidates to maintain the accuracy of inventory by performing regular cycle counts and proactively seek solutions to recurring issues by working toward a resolution. Incumbent will be responsible for accurately counting merchandise and reconciling location and quantity discrepancies. Additional responsibilities will include processing internal transfers; assigning lot and serial numbers; scanning and indexing documents, etc.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an inventory and/or shipping/receiving capacity, previous office/administrative experience and strong computer skills. Candidates with previous experience working with an integrated inventory system are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. Other required skills include the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a group, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate selected must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.

The hours for this position are 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday.
