Paver Operator

We are currently hiring for Paver Operators for on-going commercial projects in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Per diem of $75/day worked available for eligible candidates. This position is 50 hours per week. If you are a paver operator with 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience, specifically Gomaco GP-2400 concrete pavers and/or Vogele asphalt pavers, apply now!

Paver Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate GOMACO GP-2400 and/or VÖGELE pavers safely on active construction sites
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of paving equipment
• Set and maintain proper paving speed, grade, and alignment according to project specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Coordinate with ground crews and other equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Adhere to paving operations and construction safety standards.
• Work outdoors for extended periods and demonstrate reliable attendance and transportation.

Paver Operator Qualifications:

• 5+ years asphalt/concrete paving experience
• Experience operating Gomaco GP-2400 concrete pavers and/or Vogele asphalt pavers
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Your own tools and PPE
