We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining full ownership of execution, project financials, and client relationships.
This is not a support-level role. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects end-to-end — including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, contracts, and client communication — across a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who understands both field operations and project financial management, thrives in an ownership-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering successful projects from award through completion.

- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams throughout all project phases
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts for project alignment and constructability
- Manage estimating coordination, procurement, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong project relationships
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, scheduling, and field coordination
- Identify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, and operational challenges
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, or a construction-related degree with demonstrated project responsibility
- Hands-on experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects preferred
- PMP, OSHA, or comparable certifications are a plus
- Must be willing to work onsite in Fort Smith, AR
- Relocation candidates are welcome
- $75,000–$100,000 base salary
- Performance-based growth opportunities

If you’re looking for an opportunity to independently lead projects and grow within a fast-moving construction environment, we’d love to hear from you.
