Compensation is structured as a 1099 arrangement, with payment provided if a surgery day is canceled within 30 days.

Eye Surgery's, 3 days a week, 7:00a - 1:00p Tue, Wed , Thurs. All Cataracts but must be comfortable with Peribulbar and Retrobulbar blocks.

6 hour per day guarantee. Usually done around the 5 hour mark.

10-14 cases per day.

Very nice and proficient surgeons.

ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA, AR license.

1099 with payment if surgery day is cancelled within 30 days.
