Please send resumes to hr@1soi.com.   Duties/Responsibilities: Perform detailed assembly and disassembly of foreign and domestic small arms, including inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs. Utilize tools such as hammers, punches, files, stones, and gauges for assigned tasks. Assist with limited operation of gunsmithing machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and associated tooling. Follow basic shop safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct small arms and crew-served weapons maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide administrative support functions, including inventory management, work order processing, and record-keeping for the shop. Qualifications Basic knowledge of small arms and crew-served weapons maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in the use of gunsmith tools, including hammers, punches, files, stones, and gauges. Limited knowledge of operating gunsmithing machinery (e.g., lathes, milling machines, surface grinders) and related tooling. Understanding of basic shop safety procedures and ability to work safely in a small arms environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions for assembly and maintenance. Basic administrative skills to support shop operations, including managing records and reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Education and Experience: U.S. Citizen Ability to pass background investigation and post offer drug screen. A minimum of two (4) years of experience and knowledge of small arms and crew served weapons Fundamental Maintenance and Troubleshooting Skillset. Perform assembly and disassembly of foreign and domestic small arms weapons including small arms inspection, maintenance, and repairs.
