Sun Loan Company has been a trusted financial resource in communities across the U.S. for over 30 years. We're looking for a dependable, people-oriented Bilingual Financial Service Representative to join our Fort Stockton team.

What You'll Do

Process loan applications, manage customer accounts, make collection calls on past-due accounts, and keep the branch running smoothly when the manager is out. You'll also cross-sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Collections experience a plus (but not required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communicator with good people skills
• Comfortable with basic math and data entry
• Organized, reliable, and a team player

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov–Mar, rotational)
• Some overtime may be required
• No Sundays!
