About the role

This is a high-impact, owner-side field leadership role at the forefront of hyperscale data center construction. You will be the driving force behind the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure, from utility interconnect through final distribution, on one of the most demanding and fast-moving project types in the industry. Every day brings new coordination challenges across electrical and mechanical trades, tight commissioning windows, and complex sequencing that only experienced field leaders can navigate.

  • Lead day-to-day field coordination of electrical and mechanical construction activities, ensuring proper sequencing and conflict-free installation across all trades

  • Manage the installation, inspection, and quality assurance of switchgear, MV/LV distribution, UPS, busway, and power distribution units

  • Drive energization planning and commissioning readiness activities, partnering with commissioning agents and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs

  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project standards

  • Monitor installation quality in the field, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent rework and schedule impacts

  • Work directly with GC field leadership and trade foremen to maintain schedule adherence and keep construction momentum

  • Enforce rigorous safety standards on-site and promote a culture of accountability across all trade partners
