Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including; staff management, scheduling, discipline and coaching; food prep, safety, quality, taste and presentation; and kitchen function and maintenance. Must be an exemplary team leader and motivator as well as an excellent communicator and teacher. The right candidate will be a master of all mechanical functions, as well鈥攖he total package!
Job Duties:
路 Develop and standardize recipes
路 Design food presentation aesthetics
路 Plan and direct food prep and culinary activities
路 Review food and beverage purchases
路 Effectively delegate work to ensure an efficient kitchen
路 Maintain kitchen鈥攁rrange for equipment purchases and repairs
路 Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
路 Recruit and manage kitchen staff and remain mindful of payroll budget
路 Perform other duties as assigned
