Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Entry Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure in the state of practice required
