HR Generalist Job Description
Beast Code is looking for our next HR Generalist, a people-focused professional who’s energized by creating a positive, productive employee experience from day one. Our HR Generalist is comfortable navigating employment and operational processes and enjoys working with a wide variety of people and personalities. You’ll join a dynamic HR team within our People Operations department, where you’ll help shape the experience for every Beast across the company.Â
This role provides administrative support across core HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, equal employment opportunity, and employee records. You’ll partner internally to maintain accurate employment records; help communicate company policies and programs and serve as a go-to resource for HR questions.
The HR Generalist reports to the HR Associate Director and partners with leadership to develop and execute Beast Code’s HR strategy. This is a hybrid role based out of our Fort Walton Beach, FL headquarters, offering the flexibility to collaborate in person while working from home when it makes sense.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:
Â
- Manage and maintain company human resources records
- Support onboarding and offboarding for employees
- Maintain employee records, including EEO categories, workflows, changes, payroll updates, and salary updates
- Help monitor and uphold HR policies and procedures
- Track agreements and signatures, including following up and sending reminders
- Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and care
- Collect and maintain HR data related to compensation, training, and benefits

Pay Bands:
Human Resources Generalist I: $46,200.00 - $74,600.00
Human Resources Generalist II: $55,300.00 - $89,700.00
Human Resources Generalist III: $70,100.00 - $116,500.00
Human Resources Generalist IV: $84,700.00 - $138,100.00
Human Resources Generalist IÂ
Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Typically requires 0-2 year of general work experience.Â
Human Resources Generalist IIÂ
Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.Â
Human Resources Generalist IIIÂ
Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.Â
Human Resources Generalist IVÂ
Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the group. Specializes in complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
 Other Requirements:
- Currently hold or have eligibility to obtain and maintain the proper US DoW issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.
- Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
