What You’ll Do

• Process parts requests from technicians in the field
• Communicate parts availability to customers and schedule return installation visits
• Pick up parts from vendors and enter them accurately into our system
• Assist the parts team with warranty part returns
• Support daily warehouse organization and operations
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 90 lbs as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred (not required)
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed
• HVAC parts knowledge is a plus, but not required
