Job Title: Administrative Assistant

 

Department: ND Sheets

 

Reports to: Site Mgr.

 

Location: Langhorne, PA (Onsite)

 

Position Summary 

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations at ND Sheets. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

 

Compensation 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At ND Paper, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results:

  • Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work. 
  • Inventory Control
  • Shipping planning / PGI
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other staff as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate inventory restocking.
  • Support HR functions such as timekeeping, onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal systems accurately.
  • Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and other logistics.

Qualifications and Skills (Performance Oriented)

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of clerical experience in an office or manufacturing environment, shipping and receiving exp a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
