What You'll Do

These roles are responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing operations to ensure high-quality finishes on various industrial structures and equipment.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and blasting
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Operate blasting equipment to remove old paint, rust, and other contaminants
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes
• Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper surface preparation
• Maintain and clean painting and blasting equipment

Requirements

• Experience as an industrial or automotive painter or blaster
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
• Ability to operate and maintain painting and blasting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions
