Embark on a rewarding journey with Haggard & Stocking – where tradition meets innovation and your career finds its home.   Essential Functions: Customer interaction via telephone, and/or, in person Entering customer orders in ERP Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and electronically Expediting customer orders and direct purchase orders when customer inquires Negotiating pricing with customers and vendors Interaction with outside sales personnel Interaction with vendor representatives Pricing large spreadsheet type quote packages (Excel) Quick decision making ability Other duties, which may be assigned by manager Benefits & Other Information Competitive Salary Healthcare Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Paid Time Off: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal leave Bonuses and Incentives: At H&S’s discretion, there is a performance-based quarterly bonus/profit-sharing when the company meets its financial goals Company 401K matching program   Position is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday Position will be in-person at our Fort Wayne location on Focus Drive QualificationsSkills and Requirements P21 knowledge preferred Tooling knowledge preferred Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time Computer knowledge, in a Windows environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel   Education and Experience High School Diploma required – some college preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Experience in customer service office setting preferred
