What We’re Looking For: Responsibilities and Requirements

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
Ensure work complies with NEC, state, and local codes
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other departments
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Accurately document work performed and materials used
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused & quality-driven approach
Valid driving license with an acceptable driving record
A background check is required
