Overview

 Drive a truck throughout the yard to move material.

Responsibilities

• Move various loads of material to designated areas throughout the yard as instructed by management.
• Safely operate roll off and tractor trailer equipment to transport material in most effective, timely manner as possible.
• Perform daily pre-operational checks on tractor, ability to top off any needed fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous operation of roll off and/or tracker trailer a plus, but not required.
• CDL not required as equipment will not leave the property.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment throughout the yard, i.e. awareness of customers and employee traffic.
• Ability to work 1st shift hours w/OT and work on Saturdays.
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated, team player dedicated to the organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking clearly over a two-way radio.
• Good decision making skills in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
