POSITION SUMMARYĀ
TheĀ Change & Adoption LeadĀ is responsible for driving successful adoption of enterprise initiatives by preparing, equipping, and supporting employees through organizational change. This role partners closely with IT, PMO, business leaders, and Learning & Development to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and sustained.Ā TheĀ Change & Adoption LeadĀ plays a critical role in maximizing return on investment (ROI) for transformation initiativesāincluding ERP, data, and process improvementsāby increasing adoption, minimizing resistance, and accelerating time to value.Ā

COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.Ā

RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā
Change Strategy & PlanningĀ
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with enterprise initiativesĀ
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysisĀ
- Define success metrics (adoption, usage, readiness, and business outcomes)Ā
- Align change plans with project timelines, PMO governance frameworks, and project delivery standards.Ā
Ā Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationĀ
- Identify and actively manage key stakeholders across business functionsĀ
- Develop and execute targeted communication plans to drive awareness and understandingĀ
- Partner with leadership to reinforce messaging and promote change sponsorshipĀ
- Establish feedback loops to monitor sentiment and address resistanceĀ
Ā Training & EnablementĀ
- Partner with Learning & Development to design role-based training strategiesĀ
- Support development of training materials, job aids, and learning pathwaysĀ
- Coordinate and execute end-user training plans (including train-the-trainer models)Ā
- Ensure readiness for go-live and post-implementation supportĀ
Ā Adoption & ReadinessĀ
- Develop adoption frameworks to measure and track user engagementĀ
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics, readiness scores, and behavioral changeĀ
- Identify risks to adoption and implement mitigation strategiesĀ
- Lead business readiness activities including role mapping and process alignmentĀ
Ā Business Integration & Change NetworkĀ
- Establish and enable a network of business change champions / super usersĀ
- Partner with functional leaders to embed change within operational workflowsĀ
- Support alignment of āas-isā and āto-beā business processes and rolesĀ
Ā Governance & Continuous ImprovementĀ
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and repeatable change frameworksĀ
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change practicesĀ
- Support benefits realization by linking adoption to business outcomesĀ

REQUIREMENTSĀ
MUST HAVEĀ
- Bachelorās degree in business, Organizational Development, IT, or related fieldĀ
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation programsĀ
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (ERP, systems, or process change)Ā
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levelsĀ
- Experience developing and executing training and communication strategiesĀ
- Experience working within a PMO or enterprise transformation environmentĀ
- Familiarity withĀ structuredĀ changeĀ management methodologiesĀ
- Experience with learning platforms, communications tools, or adoption analyticsĀ
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and report on outcomesĀ
- Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for identifying solutions to complex business problems.Ā
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ā
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and value-driven project outcomes.Ā
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment and respond to shifting priorities.Ā
