  • Process and manage internal and external referrals

  • Provide phone coverage and respond to patient inquiries

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families

  • Maintain a full and accurate clinic schedule

  • Respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email, determining appropriate resolution methods in alignment with patient needs and organizational guidelines

  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments as needed

  • Collect and document patient demographic and billing information for scheduling and database entry

Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary

  • Working knowledge of computers and basic office technology
