Financial Service Representative

Join our Financial Services team and play an important role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and helping patients understand the financial aspects of their care. Responsibilities include providing surgical cost estimates, coordinating payment plans, and assisting patients with billing inquiries. Prior experience in medical insurances and billing are preferred. A working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and billing software is desired. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive, professional relationships with patients. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
