Responsibilities
The Jorgensen Family YMCA is looking for a detail-oriented and outgoing Membership Program Director. The ideal candidate has a passion for connecting with people and helping them with their healthy living goals. A successful director will be an organized, self-starter, effective listener, strong team builder, and have a passion for serving others.Â
- Develop: Expand current programs to support youth and adult engagement while promoting program growth.
- Connect: Interact with members and guests to strengthen relationships with community organizations.
- Serve:Â Supervise volunteers and part-time staff while also supporting the overall objectives of the YMCA.Â
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Four-year degree preferred but will consider an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
- One to two years related leadership experience preferred.
- An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
- Experience in, or ability to, expertly relate to diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.Â
Salary: Exempt Full time $45,000-$47,000 salary
