Jack Laurie Group is expanding our Specialty Surfaces Division, and we're looking for experienced Epoxy, Resinous, and Fluid-Applied Flooring Installers and Foremen who are willing to relocate to the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.
If you have experience installing commercial or industrial resinous flooring systems and want to join one of the Midwest's premier specialty flooring contractors, we want to talk to you.
Compensation
$25–$35+ per hour, depending on experience
Paid relocation assistance for qualified candidates
Full-time, year-round employment

We're Looking for Experienced Professionals With Backgrounds In:
Commercial epoxy flooring
Resinous flooring systems
Fluid-poured flooring systems
Self-leveling flooring
Industrial floor coatings
Polyaspartic systems
Polyurethane flooring
Urethane cement systems
MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) flooring
Decorative quartz systems
Decorative flake flooring
High-build epoxy coatings
Chemical-resistant flooring
Concrete polishing and surface preparation
Concrete grinding
Shot blasting
Scarifying
Moisture mitigation
Crack repair
Joint filling
Floor restoration
Foreman candidates should also have experience:
Leading installation crews
Reading blueprints and specifications
Managing jobsite production
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Training and mentoring team members
