Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a Restorative Aide role at a highly-rated senior living community in northeast Fort Wayne, IN. This campus offers a full continuum of care, including short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living鈥攁ll in a supportive, team-centered environment.聽


About this Role:

As a Restorative Aide, you will work under the direction of the Therapy department, supporting residents with mobility and exercise programs tailored to their individual needs. 聽Your focus will be to help maintain strength, prevent decline, and promote independence. Each day offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. 聽聽


Position Details:

路 Status: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

路 Schedule: 5 days per week, including a Saturday rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Assist residents with transfers, walking, bed mobility, range-of-motion, and strength-building exercises.

路 Monitor and document changes in participation or physical condition.

路 Communicate progress and updates with the therapy and nursing teams
