As a key member of the Evans Toyota sales team, you will serve as a product expert, staying comprehensive in your understanding of our vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technology. You will guide bilingual customers through the entire sales and leasing process—from initial vehicle selection and product presentations to test drives, overcoming objections, and finalizing paperwork—ensuring clear and professional communication in English and  Burmese as required. Exceptional customer service is a necessity, as you will be responsible for following up with purchasers before and after transactions to ensure total satisfaction, cultivate referral business, and establish a robust client network. Together with sales management and colleagues, you will work toward meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining an appealing sales floor and welcoming environment.   Responsibilities Ability to speak fluently with our Burmese speaking guest Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Sell products effectively by demonstrating features and benefits through product demos. Upsell additional products or services that complement the customer's initial purchase. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product offerings, and store policies. Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers via phone or other communication channels. Assist in maintaining the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and engage with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Strong Burmese -to English translation skills  We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. Qualifications  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license. Prior sales experience of 1–2 years is preferred. Strong Burmese -to English translation skills are appealing. Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone. Experience in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
