Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SaaS solutions, focusing on backend architecture and system performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and clients, to create scalable, efficient software systems.
  
• Utilize tools like Go and apply your expertise in computer science and mathematics to deliver robust solutions.
  
• Create documentation such as flowcharts to define requirements and present innovative solutions.
  
• Perform testing and establish maintenance procedures for optimized performance and reliability.
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-level databases.
  
• Strong competency in SaaS development
  
• A collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  
• Commitment to being onsite in Fort Wayne with flexibility for remote work one day a week.
