Hours and Location:

• This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 11:30 to 12:30 for lunch)
• We are located at 2622 Lake Ave Suite #102, Ft Wayne, IN 46805 and 250 N. Tillotson Ave Suite #100, Muncie IN 47304

As an Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

• Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
• Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
• Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
• Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

What You’ll Bring

 Basic Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Successful completion of Indiana state pharmacy board examination
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Indiana

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
• Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes
