What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care and support that allows residents to experience the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and daily living activities
  • Assisting residents during meals and dining experiences
  • Responding promptly and compassionately to call lights
  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
  • Documenting care accurately and timely
  • Supporting residents and families emotionally
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
  • Creating meaningful moments and positive experiences for residents every day

Most importantly, you'll treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.


Job Type

Full time and part time available

1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available

Every other weekend and rotating holidays required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Be certified by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) as a C.N.A. in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with long-term care residents
