What You'll Do
Help City Utilities Engineering keep projects organized, properly documented and compliant with established requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project, contract, financial and compliance records.
- Track deadlines, approvals, documentation and project updates.
- Review invoices, purchase orders and reports for accuracy.
- Prepare spreadsheets, summaries and management reports.
- Coordinate information with staff, consultants, contractors and other departments.
What You Bring
- Associate degree in business, accounting, engineering technology, construction management or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in compliance, project administration, engineering, construction, utilities, procurement or financial reporting.
- Strong Excel, organization, communication and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recognize missing or inaccurate information.
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
