Kelley Chevrolet Car Wash Attendant (Part-time/Full-time)

Description

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Functions: Assist customers at kiosks, load vehicles into wash, perform general cleaning duties

Relationships: Reports to Car Wash Manager and Crew Leader

Responsibilities and Authority:

· Greet customers and assist with kiosk functions for choosing a wash.

· Electronically capture renewal information and submit for processing.

· Excuse customers without a valid Kelley Car Wash tag or proper payment from the kiosk.

· Speak with customers regarding general questions and information about the car washes and Kelley Automotive.

· Signal the inside attendants regarding any special features that need to be programmed for vehicles coming into the tunnel.

· Assist with loading vehicles and monitoring the tunnel for safety. 

· Complete general cleaning and housekeeping tasks in and around the wash.

· Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor and attitude throughout shift.

· Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

· Any tasks deemed necessary by the Manager and Crew Leader.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional appearance. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions 

This is a position that will expose employee to outdoor elements year-round. Will stand, stoop, kneel, lift, push, pull, crouch and reach repeatedly during the shift. Will have personal interactions with customers. Will be exposed to heat, cold, noise, dust, fumes, hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
