A Place Where Nursing Is More Than Passing Meds and Completing Documentation

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care while helping coordinate and support resident care throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care and treatment services
- Administering medications and monitoring effectiveness
- Assessing resident needs and reporting changes in condition
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and medication aides
- Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participating in admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Updating and implementing resident care plans
- Completing required documentation and clinical records
- Assisting with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Supporting residents and families through challenging situations
- Helping maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
Most importantly, you'll advocate for residents and help ensure they receive the care, dignity, and quality of life they deserve.
Job Type
Full time and part time available
1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN program. Must have an active license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.
