Manufacturing Associate

Associates are directly involved in the manufacturing of these high-demand products! Schedule: 1^st shift Monday – Friday 6am to 2pm

Responsibilities:

• All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by anticipating, recognizing, and reporting potential hazards, attending required safety training, and adhering to safety protocols.
• All safety rules. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Work successfully in a self-directed team environment.
• Able to stand and work for 8-hour shift.
• Follow a set of instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Operates packaging equipment
• Makes adjustments and loads materials
• Packages products, handle parts, and perform rewinds

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Continual standing, pushing, pulling, bending & lifting.
• Constant lifting of 15 to 30 pounds
• Frequent lifting of 30 to 40 pounds
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
