Job Description:
Masters Heating & Cooling is seeking experienced Journeyman Lead HVAC Installers to join our team at our Fort Wayne location. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial applications. Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during install
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Lead HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Journeyman License in HVAC/R - if candidate has experience for card we will pay for HVAC journeyman license test
